Scope of our Service-payroll Outsourcing

Excellium assist clients in capturing and screening the information provided and ensure that there are in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures and all government regulations
On a monthly basis, provision of timely payment request and funds requisition to the clients for the payment of salaries and wages and statutory payments via available payment means.
Remittance of all payments stipulated in item 3 with the relevant documentation to the relevant bodies before their respective deadlines.
Calculation of the compensation to be paid to employees in case of resignation and of the statutory termination indemnity in case of dismissal.
Preparation of monthly accruals for statutory bonuses (Christmas, Easter, and vacation) and any other annual bonuses that may be provided to the employees.
Preparation of all standard payroll reports, after each payroll period as follow:
- Payroll summary
- Allowance and deduction reports
- Overtime reports
- Salary reconciliation reports
- All statutory forms/fillings
- Etc.
Generate and print payslip monthly, sort and distribute directly to all clients or their employees.
On an ad hoc basis, we may prepare necessary reports requested by the clients but within the capability of payroll software. However, additional assistance in any payroll matters that will have to be accomplished as a project will attract extra fees.
Excellium will function as a helpdesk for all the client’s payroll matters, answering calls and emails daily.
Computation of leave balance based on financial month end and upload the information to client’s accounting system for computation of leave accrual.
Reconciliation on all payroll related accounts and prepare adjustment journals for the reconciliation monthly and whenever necessary during contract period.
